This policy explains what PreflightVibe collects and why.
What we collect
- Scan data: the URL you submit, scan timestamps, and findings derived from publicly reachable responses.
- Account/payment data: processed by Stripe (email, payment status, subscription metadata such as the URL you asked us to re-check). We do not store full card numbers.
- Waitlist email: if you join the waitlist, we store your email (via Stripe customer metadata and/or our email provider if configured).
- Technical logs: basic request logs (IP, user agent) for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use data
To run scans, deliver reports, bill you, send re-check alerts (when email is configured), improve the product, and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We use processors such as Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and optionally Resend (email). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Scan artifacts may be kept long enough to deliver reports and subscriptions; you can ask us to delete waitlist email. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
