The "Passed PreflightVibe" badge
A small badge you can put in your site footer or README to show your app passed an automated launch check. It shows your grade and the scan date.
Who can get it
Any site that scores A or B on the free URL scan. When you get an A or B, the result page shows the badge with an HTML snippet and a Markdown snippet. Copy one and paste it into your site or README. No account needed, and it's free.
Why you can't fake it
- The badge address contains your domain, grade and scan date, plus a signature only our server can create.
- Each time the badge loads, our server checks that signature. If someone edits the grade, the date or the domain, the badge shows not verified.
- It shows expired · re-scan 30 days after the scan, so an old A can't hide new problems. Re-scan to get a fresh badge.
- The badge names the domain that was scanned, so copying someone else's badge onto your site shows their domain, not yours.
What it means (and doesn't)
It means our passive, read-only scan found no leaked keys or data anyone can read, and few enough other issues for an A or B on that date. It's an automated launch checklist, not a penetration test or a security certification. See what the scan doesn't catch.
Embed code
The result page gives you the exact snippet with your signature. It looks like this:
<a href="https://preflightvibe.com/?ref=badge" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Passed the PreflightVibe launch check"><img src="https://preflightvibe.com/badge/your-domain.com.svg?v=A-20261018-…" alt="Passed PreflightVibe launch check: grade A on Oct 18, 2026" height="20" /></a>
The image is an SVG served from preflightvibe.com with no scripts and no cookies. We log one line per badge view (domain, status, and the hostname it was embedded on) to count views; nothing else is stored.
